Printing on uneven substrates
Special processing enables fabricating metal masks to match uneven shapes.
3D mask
These are metal masks for printing on substrates with cavity structures.
Enabling batch printing on cavities improves productivity.
COB mask
When the surface of a PCB is not flat (uneven, components are mounted), normal SMT mounting is performed using a COB metal mask.
PH mask
High tracking performance and high adhesion are realized by using plastic materials. Try it on flexible circuit boards and ceramic circuit boards with many irregularities.
Encoder scales
The metal reflective encoder scale is a high-definition, high-quality, non-penetrating slit plate.
These offer excellent functionality as rotary or linear scales.
Special half etching
Unlike the usual half-etching process, this process can suppress surface roughness by our special manufacturing method.
Improving the surface roughness of the metal half helps reduce the number of defects and increase work efficiency.
