I want to improve fluctuations in line width.

Are there any masks with resistant properties?

NE and FD masks are emulsion-free metal masks with excellent solvent and print resistance.

Is there any way to prevent static electricity in screen masks?

Static electricity can be reduced by employing anti-static masks (SEK masks). Please contact us for details.

Is there any way to improve plate separation during printing?

There are cases where plate release is improved by applying a fluorine coating to the plate surface.
Other improvements may be possible by revising the printing criteria and plate specifications, so we encourage you to consult with us first and share your current situation with us.

What mask specifications are suitable for thick printing?

For screen masks, we recommend a low mesh, 3D mesh, or thick film with an emulsion thickness of 200μm or more.
In addition, we can provide metal masks with a wide variety of thicknesses and catering to various printing conditions, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there a way to reduce reflections when working with chrome or metal masks?

Black plating on the metal mask can suppress reflection.
Reflection can be suppressed by employing a coating on the chrome mask.

I’d like to mitigate smearing when printing.

In some cases, Water and oil repellent treatment (fluorine coating on the plate surface) or a stepped screen can improve the problem, but the cause of the smearing must first be clarified.

How is plate cleaning performed?

If you need to clean the plates more frequently, please contact us for information on a cleaning machine.
When wiping by hand, do not rub the emulsion surface too strongly; remove the paste by tapping the squeegee surface.

We also sell glass substrates on a standalone basis.

Is there any way to prevent static electricity on chrome glass masks?

Using anti-static breakdown chrome can reduce the effects of static discharge.
Moreover, you can consult with us for possible workarounds depending on the design of the pattern.

Is there any way to prevent foreign matter from adhering to the chrome glass film surface?

It varies based on the customer's exposure method, but we recommend a coating or the use of pellicles, which is effective in removing or adhering foreign matter.
